OK-: The Annual Dinner is over. Our first run will be on Sunday April 11th. Route to be advised. Our May Weekend is to the Boyne Valley Hotel and Country Club, on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd May. The major attractions in the area are the Battle of the Boyne Heritage site, the neolithic World Heritage Sites of Newgrange and Knowth, and of course Drogheda itself. We hope to cover these and to have ample time for a sightseeing run on the Sunday. Places are now at a premium. For your form click on this link.

Our aim:
is to provide members with opportunities to use their Classic Triumphs in the company of others of like mind and interest.
We hold two open charity events each year and organise a number of other events for members and friends.
In addition to organising our Ballyclare and Lisburn events, we arrange club runs throughout Northern Ireland for members
with scenic drives and visits to places of interest, usually finishing off with a meal.
We attend and support events organised by AOVC and other member clubs.
CHARITY
Whilst our members enjoy their outings we do endeavour to raise funds for Charity.
To date we have handed over almost £20,000
AOVC
Triumph Club Northern Ireland, as the only Triumph Club affiliated to the Association of Old Vehicles Clubs (AOVC (NI)),
plays a very substantial role in support of AOVC, with several delegates currently holding office on the board of Directors.
Through membership of AOVC we offer members access to special discounts and participation in all AOVC events.
WHAT WE PLAN TO DO IN 2010

Chairmans Report 2009:
2009 took a format similar to the last few years, with two Sunday runs, two open cavalcade events and two weekends. Although we had a reduced membership overall, something most clubs are experiencing, we were pleased to welcome new members to the club, and indeed all the others who joined in our events.
The outings began with a Sunday afternoon run organised by Laurance and Aileen to the high standard we have now grown to expect. The Spring event took us from Mc Donalds at Sprucefield through Co. Armagh to Markethill, and back to The Ballymac for our 2 course meal. We were honoured to be accompanied by Ms Anna Lo the Alliance MLA for most of this event.
The Autumn Run, organised again by the Bells, started at The Banbridge Outlet. We travelled though Co.s Down and Louth to Carlingford and back, through torrential rain to the Ballymac for more good food. Our sincere thanks to our treasurer and his wife for all the great work they do for our club.
Our two cavalcade events, Ballyclare and Lisburn, were as popular as ever with £1700 being presented to charity. We pass on our thanks to ;Newtownabbey and Lisburn Councils for their continued support; to Councillor Jenny Palmer of Lisburn City Council who accompanied us on the Lisburn even;, and of course, to Ballyclare Lions for all their work over the past 15 years.
Our May Weekend saw a return once again to The Carlton Hotel in Belleek and a boat trip on Lough Erne, with lunch on-board consisting of soup (especially for those at the bow) and sandwiches ( including those at the stern) . The cruise concluded with an organised display of a local fisherman landing a large salmon on shore. We trust the 45 participants on the entry fully enjoyed the weekend as no complaints were received .
The Donegal Weekend in October saw 46 people take part in a very enjoyable overnight in the Ostan na Rosann in Dungloe and a beautiful scenic coastal drive along the north Donegal coast on Sunday. Some members even took a stroll among the heather regardless of the inclement weather. Regretfully we cannot return to this hotel as it closed four weeks after we were there.
The club stand at the AOVC Rally in Ballymena in June had the third largest entry of over 50 clubs attending, a credit to all who took part. Our thanks goes to John Jnr. for looking after all and sundry.
Throughout the year members supported events North and South organised by clubs and organisations and were made welcome where ever they went. I wish to thank all members for their support in promoting the Triumph Club N I. throughout Ireland.
Last and by no means least, my thanks to all the committee members who work tirelessly all year to keep the club in the high esteem in which it is held, with a special mention to Desmond for his production of the Laurel News, Laurence for looking after our money, and Brian for his commitment to the website and of course his special reports of our events.
John E Scott Snr.
